Polyethylene Blow Molded case with (2) latches, cubed foam filled body, solid foam filled lid, and folding handle. High density recyclable polyethylene case is functional even in freezing weather and is unaffected by moisture, oils or solvents. Color is molded in and will not chip or peel. Mechanical hinge and latches are field replaceable and designed for long-term durability.

All Platt cases are under warranty against manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any defect, which is a result of faulty workmanship or materials will be repaired and returned free of charge. When, in our judgment, damage is caused by misuse or the guarantee period has expired, we will repair, if practical, for a reasonable charge. If damage is caused by common carrier abuse or airline mishandling, claim must be made with that carrier. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by Buyer shall be at the sole responsibility of Buyer. All returns subject to management approval and must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date.
Platt Cases Return Policy
Non-modified Platt Luggage products may be returned for exchange or refund provided the product is unused, in perfect condition and has the original packing materials.
Accessorized, modified or customized cases are not returnable as they are manufactured to customer specifications. “Customized" is defined as the addition of any option, including but not limited to, hardware, custom foam, non-standard colors, stenciling / labeling, whether included in the product description or itemized by line. If you are unsure whether your case is stock or modified, you are encouraged to ask your salesperson.
Any authorized returns must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 800-636-1690 for instructions. Requests for an RMA number must be received by Cases2Go within seven (7) days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Warranty claims. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, in the original shipping container, and must be received by the factory within (25) days of the original delivery date.
Any approved return must be received in NEW condition and may be subject to a restocking fee, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except warranty returns).
