Our precision-tuned, elastomeric, shock mount systems provide maximum protection for ultra-fragile equipment from shock and vibration - nothing protects better than a Classic Rack from Pelican-Hardigg™. 

DE Classic Racks are usually intended for equipment that requires the best protection available. This equipment might be subjected to severe drop heights or require extra protection to provide peace of mind that your equipment will arrive in one piece and work the minute it is plugged in.

  • Individually fine-tuned shock mounts for each application provide excellent shock and vibration dampening. Precision-engineered 2" long elastomeric shockmounts are uniquely engineered to match the weight range of your equipment.
  • Two inches of sway space insulates your cargo from shock and vibration, while assuring cool air flow - a major advantage over foam-captivated systems (reduced sway space is available on select models).
  • Rapid Rack removable rack frame option provides complete frame accessibility (Not available on reduced sway sizes).
  • Security for equipment from 20-340 lbs. For weights over 340 lbs, please call us for a custom solution.
  • Lightweight Versa-Racks (EIA Standard): High-strength, lightweight heat-treated aluminum 19" Versa-Racks support and protect equipment from severe drops, aircraft turbulence, off-road travel, etc.
  • Super Tight Seal: Gasketed, tongue-in-groove parting line integrally molded of resilient polyethylene absorbs severe impact without permanent deformation. This Pelican-Hardigg innovation is far superior to metal parting lines which may dent on impact, exposing contents to potentially harmful moisture and dust.
