Anvil Cases are available in a variety of styles. The choice of style depends upon the the physical characteristics of the items going into the case, as well as the intended use of the case.

HINGED LID

Most common style used for items easily lifted from inside the case. The lid is fixed to the case with continuous piano hinge and two or more latches.

CLAMP-ON LID

The Clamp-on Lid is a customer preference to the Hinge Lid shown above. Lid is fixed to case with four or more latches.

SUITCASE

Hinged lid design for smaller cases. Depending on the T-B dimension, case will have either ATA recessed hardware and ball corners or surface mount hardware and flat corners.

ROLL-IN WITH RAMP

Hinged or removable front door with fold-down ramp for rolling in and out of heavy items. Floor of case is aluminum covered plywood with foam shockmounting beneath.

Also available without ramps. Can add rear trap door, vents and other options for in-case equipment usage. Can also have rear removable door.

DOUBLE CLAMP-ON LIDS OR RACKMOUNT STYLE

Front and rear removable lids. Can be designed with rack rails or foam lined interior (or both).

PULLOVER CLAMP LID

Body of case lifts off base. Useful for situations where equipment is heavy or bulky - easier to lift case body than to lift item out of body of case. Monitors, displays, servers work well in this design. Case is secured by four or more latches.

SLIPOVER

Similar to Pullover Clamp design except case is secured by straps rather than latches.

TELESCOPIC

Similar to Clamp-on Lid design except case is secured by straps rather than latches.
