Manufacturer warrants that its product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty extends for the lifetime of the warranted product to the original purchaser. Such warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, retractable handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Anvil warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. Damage arising out of normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accident, tampering or otherwise, is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

Any expressed warranty not provided herein, and/or any remedy for breach of contract which but for this provision might arise by implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Manufacturer will gladly repair any defects in manufacturer's product attributed to defective construction, workmanship or materials. Manufacturer, Seller or Distributor will not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damage arising from personal damage, loss or injury, either to person or property, caused by product defect. This disclaimer includes but is not limited to damage to musical or electrical instruments, components or equipment. In order to execute repairs under warranty, all shipping, packing, insurance and other costs incurred other than labor and materials covered under this warranty will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The provisions of this warranty are severable and if any provision shall be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by the Officers or Seller or Manufacturer. 

Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable following discovery of any defect. 

Any warranty related return must have a pre-issued RMA number - call Customer Service at 800-636-1690 for instructions. All returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage, preferably in the original shipping container. The factory will issue a UPS call tag for most Warranty returns. The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Any item(s) including those under Warranty, returned without a RMA Number will be refused.

In the event that Anvil determines that the returned containers are not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Cases2Go all costs of handling, transportation and repairs at Anvil's prevailing rates. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the container has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
